Tony Buhl
Owner / Diagnostic Technician
Tony started as a automobile technician in 1974. Years later he founded Buhls Auto Repair. Starting from a single bay rehabilitated building in 1996, Tony has developed the Metro Easts premier auto repair business. He has been known to visit a customers home to make a critical auto repair and serve his customer. In 2009 we built a state-of-the-art 7 bay shop that includes a paint booth and frame rack to expand his auto body repair and painting capability among the long list of automotive service specialties he has become well known for. You may have seen Tony in his Ford Mustang at the race track. A winner on the track and in his business, you benefit from his years of automotive experience. Almost 15 years later, Tony has a reputation for quality auto repairs, and always looking out for the customers best interest.
Tony became an ASE Master Certified Automotive Technician in 1984.
Neil Bearden
Shop Manager / Technician
Neil earned an Associates in Automotive Science from Lewis and Clark Community College in 2000 and graduated second in class with honors. He then earned an ASE Certification – Master Status in 2008 and continued with other ASE Certifications since then including ASE – L1 and A9. He now maintains 11 certifications covering all aspects of auto servicing including brakes, steering and suspension, automatic transmissions, manual transaxle and drivetrain, engine repair, engine performance, heating and air conditioning, electrical, advanced engine performance, light diesel, emission system, and exhaust system diagnosis and repair. In his 16 years of being in the business, 8 of those years he has been a manager or foreman.

- To give the customer a price estimate for work to be performed.
- To use only proven high-quality merchandise.
- To employ the best skilled technicians obtainable.
- To furnish an itemized invoice. Replaced parts may be inspected upon request.
- To have a sense of personal obligation to each individual customer.
- To recommend corrective and maintenance services, explaining to the customer which of these are required to correct existing problems and which are for preventative maintenance.
- To furnish or post copies of any warranties covering parts or services.
- To obtain prior authorization for all work done, in writing, or by other means satisfactory to the customer.
- To follow state regulations.
- To notify the customer if appointments or completion promises cannot be kept.
- To exercise reasonable care for the customer’s property while in our possession.
- To maintain a system for fair settlement of customer’s concerns.
